To modify the e-ticket delivery method message or e-ticket instructions - go to SET UP > EVENTS > DELIVERY SETTINGS. From that screen, you can modify the e-ticket description and/or e-ticket instruction area.
NOTE: Blue placeholders can only be used in areas where there is a "view placeholders" icon next to the input.
