By default, when users press
"watch now" from a video ticket
they will unlock the gated video
on VBO hosted webpage.
This help doc will
cover how to override the default
setting so patrons can watch the
video directly on your website
instead of the default VBO Tickets
page.
Step 1: Create a
plugin and set it to Video Stream
(SET UP > WHITE LABEL >
PLUGINS).
Step 2: Create a
special page on your website just
for the video plugin and embed the
plugin code on your newly created
webpage. Example: https://www.yourwebsite.com/watch
Step 3: Add the URL
from your newly created webpage to
the "Video Plugin URL" area under SET UP > EVENTS >
DELIVERY SETTINGS and
press SAVE.
Step 4: Do a test transaction
with a video ticket to confirm everything
is working correctly. Comp a ticket in the
box office, and press watch from the order
confirmation.
