While plugins have a Sign In button on the top right of the plugin, you can add an optional My Account plugin to your website so patrons can easily sign into their accounts to view previous order history, print tickets, pay off balances, etc. 

NOTE: Order history in a patron's account will display two years back from today's date. 

Here are the steps to set this up along with a video demo of the process. 

  1. Set up My Account Plugin by going to SET UP > WHITE LABEL > PLUGINS and creating a new plugin. Name the plugin (My Account).
  2. Edit the plugin and set the default page to My Account. Press SAVE.
  3. Create a new page on your website specifically for the My Account plugin.

    Example page URL might be: yourwebsite.com/MyAccount
  4. Embed the My Account plugin on your newly created page.
