This help doc will demo how to set up and use the five custom input fields found in a users CRM profile. Promoters can use this to collect specific info they would like added to a patron's CRM record. 

The input fields and labels are located under the "MORE" area when editing a CRM profile. 

The custom inputs are global - so once one is created, all accounts can begin collecting that info.

NOTE: CRM Surveys can be disabled on a per event level. To disable, go to edit event info, scroll down to the CRM Surveys checkbox, click hide CRM Survey questions, and press Save. This will then hide the CRM Survey function on that event.

NOTE: CRM Survey questions are asked ONE TIME. If the user has already answered the CRM survey question, they will not be asked to fill in the info again.
