This video will demo how to set up and use the Rewards Program.  This feature is primarily used by comedy clubs and improv theatres, it's a loyalty-style program that allows you to give a free ticket for every X number of tickets purchased or X dollars spent. 

To enable the rewards program go to CRM > REWARDS + GIFT CARDS and then click on the gear at the top of the screen.

Next, set the desired settings: Earn Points By Tickets Bought or Amount Spent, points needed to redeem, Max ticket price, etc.

Once the feature is enabled, determine which events can earn rewards and redeem rewards. To turn on earning or redeeming, go to EDIT EVENT INFO on each event. Next, select FEES AND ACCOUNTING on the left side navigation and turn on the rewards program.
