This video demos how to edit the online sale
times for tickets on both general admission
and reserved seating events. It will also show
you how to add a message that will display
when tickets are not on sale.
Remember, this only edits the online sales.
You can still sell tickets from the box office
if online sales have closed.
When editing assigned seating events - remember to: highlight the seat, click the lock to unlock it, make the change, and then press save. DO NOT RE-LOCK THE LOCK.
